INDIVIDUAL APPLICATIONS TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT - APPLICATIONS TO THE EUROPEAN HUMAN RIGHTS COURT

The Constitutional Court, which is the final review authority of the disputes at trial, eliminates violations of rights with effective and legal decisions through individual applications. We provide legal support to our clients in the stages of examining the individual application conditions to the Constitutional Court and establishing the application conditions.
In applications to the European Court of Human Rights, if the victimization has not been resolved at the end of the proceedings in our country, we evaluate whether the legal conditions are met and the application is prepared in English and sent to the ECtHR.
